Holyrood : BEHIND THE CASK: WHISKY TASTING EXPERIENCE

Taste our very finest expressions - including a Distillery exclusive which cannot be found anywhere else in the world. Led by a senior guide, this small-group experience begins in our whisky distillery, where you will learn about our experimental approach to whisky production. Enjoy a sample of our new make spirit as we take a closer look at our innovative approach to flavour development. Let us share our passion for the infinite possibilities of flavour creation available to us before we begin ageing our spirit, and learn more about how our selection of heritage and speciality malts and experimental yeasts create a modern vision of scotch whisky. Moving into our Cask Room, get to know our whisky as it changes and develops on its maturation journey. Let us share our ambitions to challenge perceptions of whisky tradition, in our belief that whisky can be exciting, complex and delicious at any age. Allow us to showcase a range of our most exclusive single malt releases, and explain the creativity and craftsmanship behind each expression as your guide takes you through each dram. Highlights of your tasting include two of our limited single malts, and a dram of single cask whisky which has been specially selected and disgorged solely for guests to the Brand Home. As a Distillery exclusive, this single cask expression cannot be sampled anywhere else and is not available to purchase outside of the Distillery. At the end of the tour, you'll also have the chance to sample additional new make spirits and aged new-make in our store after the tour if desired.
