“The wife and I had a fantastic time on the classic gin tour with tasting with our host Freddy. He was extremely knowledgeable and a great performer! We learned much about the distillation process and how this Edinburgh Gin is made. We sampled some fantastic Edinburgh Gin Liquor , and Gin products. They have a fantastic bar, both on the rooftop and within the building to relax that afterwards, and enjoy a great gin drink. I would highly recommend this excellent tour for anyone who was into Gin or new to Gin while traveling through Edinburgh.”

“The staff were so accommodating, moving our tour slot by over half an hour when we arrived early. Colette was fantastic - the tour was really good fun - just the right length, with a great mix of information and fun throughout. The whole experience was fantastic and very welcoming, with a lovely drink in the bar afterwards. Staff were brilliant from start to finish. The building itself is incredible — a beautifully restored listed building, (stunning flooring in the tasting rooms). I couldn't recommend it enough.”

“We had the best time at Edinburgh Gin’s Aroma Alchemy class. Dan led our tour and was fantastic — knowledgeable, engaging, and easy to listen to — and Rosie guided us through the aroma class with so much warmth and enthusiasm. It ended up being just my daughter and me, which was such a surprise and a treat. The four of us laughed the entire time, learned so much, and genuinely had a blast. I don’t even care for gin, and I still had a lovely time. Highly recommend this experience for anyone visiting Edinburgh!”

“We attended the classic gin tasting and tour as a gift. Everyone in our party thought that this tasting session was great value for money. I loved the fact that we got to taste multiple real gins, as well as some liqueurs. It was very interactive, we got to taste, smell and see lots of things. Our host Finlay was very funny and answered every question he was asked well. In fact we are planning on booking the cocktail experience next!”
