“Johanna (Jo) provided exceptional service. The whiskey collection, boasting over 300 distinct varieties, was highly impressive. The on-site brewery offered excellent selections; I particularly recommend the tasting flight. Despite my usual aversion to stout, their offering was remarkably enjoyable. My personal preference was the "White Witch," while my husband favored the "Session." Furthermore, Johanna expertly prepared an outstanding espresso martini. I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment.”

“We had a fantastic time on the whisky tour at Uilebheist Distillery & Brewery, and a huge part of that was down to our guide, Annie. From the moment we arrived, Annie brought the whole place to life. She’s clearly passionate about what she does, and it shows in the way she explains everything, not just the process, but the stories behind it. She struck that perfect balance between being knowledgeable and approachable, so whether you know your whisky or you’re just getting started, you feel completely at ease. The tour itself was well paced and really engaging. You’re not just being talked at, you’re brought along for the journey, from raw ingredients to the finished dram. Annie had a great way of turning what could be quite technical into something genuinely interesting and easy to follow. The tasting at the end was the perfect finish. Relaxed, enjoyable, and just the right amount of guidance without feeling scripted. You can tell there’s real pride in what they produce here. All in all, a brilliant experience. If you’re visiting, I’d highly recommend the tour, and if you get Annie as your guide, you’re in for a treat.”

“Lovely gents behind the bar, worth having a good chat to about anything Scottish or anything whisky. The building it’s self is absolutely beautiful and they pride themselves on their brand and you can tell they want to be one of the big boy brands in the future as they are still waiting on their single malt aging in its barrels. There’s so many brands and single malts behind the bar it’s so hard to choose but if you kind of know what you want and describe it to the bartenders here, they immediately know what to pick out. They do take cash but don’t give change so if you’re gonna bring cash, know what to spend haha. The place is pretty pricey but you can’t expect anything else, especially with the amount of tourists that are intrigued to buy anything.”

“Great little distillery and brewery located in the heart of Inverness. The facilities are excellent, some of the cleanest bathroom facilities I have visited…and after visiting 250+ breweries/distilleries that is saying something! There is plenty of space to sit and enjoy a drink. I sampled a beer tasting paddle, whilst the beers were a little ‘hoppy’ for me (I prefer English bitter prefer cask ales) it was great to sample some local brews. Located at not a stones throw from the River Ness, this is a great little spot to pop in for a quiet beer.”
